First time have had to dispute an order in I think 5 years on here. Ordered 2 different types, only 1 arrived and wasn’t remotely like either were described. Pretty certain whatever rubbish he sent had been used for an extraction already. Went straight in bin, proper haggard. When complained he acknowledged it was shit and only offer to rectify was a top up on next order. Uhh no sir there will be no future order there’s many other vendors here who send what describe. Utter joker. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered on the 11/06 before cut off, marked as sent out on 11/06, paid for 24 hour tracked postage, chased it up on 15/06 due to non arrival, only to be told he hadn’t actually sent it out yet, despite marking it as sent the day I ordered it. (“IF YOUR ORDER IS MARKED AS SENT, IT HAS BEEN SENT” BY THE WAY ~ your own profile) Vendor claims a restock was needed, despite not informing me until I chased up my “sent” order 4 days after, he told me again that he would ship it out on the 16/06 and send the tracking number, and he didn’t. The guy then has the cheek to send a message saying “hope it landed and you’re sorted” and asks me to leave a review, after telling me the day before you hadn’t sent the order yet and not providing me with the tracking number. I took the message regarding a review at face value and assumed he’d now sent it, even though he didn’t provide the tracking number when posting it, as he said he would. Did it arrive the next day? No. Upon messaging 4 times through the day (17/06) asking for my tracking number, finally receive a response the next day (18/05) with a tracking number for an incorrect order from 29/05. Arrived on 19/06, albeit missing an item - trim isn't even half bad, but seller communication is shocking, despite being online and active on messenger, you’ll receive 1 message a day if you’re lucky. Not worth the hassle, shop elsewhere. Looking through topics, this is a very common issue to have with pistach, no idea how he’s even still on here and gets constant 10/10s with the service provided. Waste of time.

great as usual, never had any issues with Pistach. stealth is great and love the lil additions! smells good and smokes good. really enjoy the high and can't go wrong with it for the price, the trim always bangs. thank you guys! placing another order soon 👍🏼

Overall a solid experience, Half the package arrived the day after it was sent and then rest took an extra 8 days, while the communication wasnt the best. still made up for the long wait and not the best communication with sending some g41 instead of the trim
